For both local and international deliveries, please note that our tailor-made orders require 7 business days for crafting before the shipping period begins.

• Within the UAE, deliveries to all cities typically take 1-3 working days once the order is ready, with a flat delivery fee of AED 30.

• International deliveries, handled by a trusted third-party courier, usually arrive within 7-10 business days from the completion of the stitching process.

We have No Refund and No Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us via email  with details of the product and the defect.

Given the above, the client must report the damaged item within 24 hours upon receiving the order - if defective.

How to Measure

 Length: The length measurement represents the full length of the abaya from the neck to the hem. To determine the appropriate length,

• Start from the base of your neck (where the collarbones meet) and measure down to your desired hemline. Consider your preference for how long you want the abaya to be, whether it's ankle-length, mid-calf, or floor-length.

Body: The body measurement represents the horizontal width of the abaya across the chest and waist area. To measure the body width,

• Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest and waist while wearing your regular clothing. Ensure the tape is snug but not too tight for accurate sizing.

Hip: The hip measurement represents the circumference of the hips, which is crucial for ensuring the abaya fits comfortably around this area.

• Measure around the fullest part of your hips while standing with your feet together. Make sure the tape measure is parallel to the ground for an accurate measurement.

Sleeve: The sleeve measurement indicates the length from the shoulder to the wrist. To measure the sleeve length,

• Extend your arm outward. Start measuring from the top of your shoulder down to your wrist bone.
